Our Catering Company is available to vend at different events and festivals. We hold the necessary licenses to vend in every County in the state of Colorado. Our vending menu includes a variety of entrees, sandwiches, and sides. Menu items and prices will vary depending on the event.
Specialty Items:
Sample Plate: includes your choice of 3 meats (brisket, pork, hot links or Rib tips and 2 sides)
BBQ Bowl: 3 layers of deliciousness – Mac & cheese, baked beans, and your choice of Brisket or Pork
*Brisket Baked Potato – A jumbo baked potato with your choice of Brisket or Pork and cheese
